Vietnam 2009-2010

New Year 2010 we celebrated in Vietnam. It was a two-week trip full of impressions. Hanoi was the place, where we started our exploration of the country. There we became acquainted with the puppet theatre on the water, and unexpectedly get involved into the festival of flowers. Aside from that, we participated in the excursion to the Aromatic pagoda, where we get familiar with very unusual landscape of mogotes.

On the 31^st of December we had an inland flight to the eternally flowering town in the mountain landscape of Dalat, where we celebrated New Year in the market with pitchmen.

After several days in Dalat we moved to a very famous place on the shore – Mui Ne, where we spent the main part of ours journey’s time. There we visited Tyam towers, town of Phan Thiet, Golden Buddha on Mount Taku and, naturally, white and red sand-dunes, as well as the fishers’ settlement Mui Ne.

The acquaintance of Vietnam we finished in its capital Ho She Min, which previously had the name of Saigon.
